All that is Good

When I began the summer, I started praying that God would give me rest, contentment, and joy. That I would learn to find true joy in the things of Heaven instead of this world.

And in true fashion, as He always does, Christ began to whisper sweet words to my soul to give me rest. You can read about it in my latest blog post, When God gives you rest.

What I didn't expect, however, was to begin to dream up new things. Dreams of living a simple, real-organic life and how to share that with others.  Dreams of new products. Dreams of new designs.

And, as I spent time dreaming and in the word, my heart found that rest in the simple. Rest in a Father who gives all good and perfect things, even when I don't see it.

He has continuously reminded me of these things.

Because He IS good.

Even in my hard.

So out of that rest-out of those dreams, came All that is Good. As I thought about what I wanted this line to look like and what I wanted it to be a reminder of, Psalm 34:8 and Romans 12:9 continued to come to mind.

Oh, TASTE & SEE that the Lord is good. Blessed is the one who finds refuge in Him.
— Psalm 34:8
Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Cling to what is good.
— Romans 12:9, NLT

As I reflected on these verses, Christ continued to remind me that all that is good and perfect comes from Him. That there is beauty in living simple and resting in His promises each day.

So today, as I launch this new line, I pray that we would be a people who live our lives simply by setting our sights on Heaven. And, that we would TASTE & SEE His goodness.

I pray that anyone who is searching for true rest, will find it in a Father who gives all that is good and perfect. I pray that these prints will serve as a reminder to your heart each day. Wherever they may find their home-on your mantle, kitchen counter, or in your little girls room-I hope that you see these truths and are reminded that simpler really is sweeter.

Drinking deep from His cup with you,

There are some exciting things to come for this line. Be sure to check back in the coming weeks to hear all about the excitement. But, in the meantime...head on over to the shop and purchase a print for yourself!
